HERSTORY

HERstory is a chance to hear another member's "history." It's similar to checking out a book at the library. Peruse through the member profiles and when you come across someone that you'd like to learn more about, send her a message and arrange a time to meet--preferably in person (because there's nothing quite like a face-to-face connection). That's not always possible though, so a FaceTime call or zoom call could also work.
HERstory is a great opportunity for us to connect on a deeper level--to hear another person's story...to learn what she has been through and experienced. It's a chance to connect with others who appear to be very similar, but may actually be quite different.  Or, it could be a chance to connect with someone who appears very differently, but you end up seeing all the similarities! You can't always judge a book by her cover!  HERstory will allow us to see what's behind the facade and to connect more deeply and hopefully more empathetically.
HERstory is for girls 3-11, teens 12-17, and women 18 & up.
