THE VISION
January 2021-December 2021
Over the course of the year, God slowly unfolded the plan of MonArk Women's Mission. What I initially thought was simply a tap on the shoulder to open a women's gym with extra space to congregate and share, quickly grew to include a mental health/domestic abuse outreach extension. Soon after, I visualized an actual club to contain the many amenities that women of all ages would appreciate in a beautiful space where they could grow and support one another. For now, this will be a community that connects virtually and through pop up events. Eventually, the actual "ark" will exist!
THE MISSION

Once upon a time, women lived in villages with their grandmothers, mothers, aunts, sisters, daughters, and friends. They worked and rested, celebrated and grieved, side by side. They learned from one another simply by living life together. Today, many of us do not live near family. Many of us work from home. We find ourselves disconnected from other women and when we are with them it is often times not in an environment that is conducive to speaking freely.Â
MonArk Women's Mission's goal is to bring women together--all generations--to collaborate, support, learn from, and grow. Body. Mind. Spirit.
